    ah so true about the processed foods one! people don’t even realize how bad that stuff is and in particular are usually sky high in sugar!

    I love that Edward Stanley and Julia Child ones!!! One quote I tell myself is “Early to Bed, Early to Rise, Makes a Man Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise.” Going to bed earlier is still something I have a hard time with (I really got to get my body back on it’s 5am sceduale), but I just have to remind myself of that quote and it helps!

    Oh and yesterday whilst shopping I purchased a block of Pacari Ecuadorian Organic Chocolate Raw 100% Cacao. First time trying 100%…it was great will definitely be getting this again.

    I love your new blog! Very nice, and clean too! Thanks for sharing your favorite nutrition quotes with us. One of my favorites is –

    Kinda gives me hope that us Holistic Nutritionist are a way of the future!
