Extended Saturday

July 11, 2011 By Alex@Spoonful of Sugar Free

I was out of town this weekend, and the trip was longer than expected. Apparently it is still Saturday in my world.

I don’t have my camera cord with me right now, but I will show you all of my Banyan Tree pictures when I get back home. I will also give you a new grain-free pancake recipe!

For now, make these:

Grain-Free Bitter Chocolate Pancakes

And contemplate this:

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

That’s the quote I used when I finished Grade 12, that was published in the year book….we had to pick one that best described ourselves!

That quote…hmmmm… I’m contemplating. Pretty much sums things up for me lately 🙂
